The skit opens on Valentine’s evening — candlelight, jazz, two couples on dates. Then it jump-cuts: the same couples three weeks later, on an ordinary Tuesday, with kitchen-fluorescent light. The contrast IS the message. Covenant lives in the Tuesday — in the kind word, the prayer, the forgiveness, the small, faithful choice when nobody is watching and nothing is decorated.
Theme — True commitment is not seasonal; love rooted in Christ does not depend on perfect timing.
