This Is What Was Spoken — Pentecost Skit for Youth (20 min)

A full-length dramatic skit that weaves prophecy and fulfillment together. One group of youth portrays the early church — the disciples and first believers in the upper room. Another group represents the prophets — Moses, Joel, Isaiah, Ezekiel, David, and Jeremiah — standing aside as voices of God's definite plan and foreknowledge. Scenes move between Old Testament prophecy and the moment when the Spirit is poured out. Youth quote Scripture directly, explaining how salvation and the forgiveness of sins come through calling on the name of the Lord. Red cloth and paper-cutout flames symbolize the Holy Spirit resting on believers. Closes with a call to step out of a corrupt generation and walk in the light of Jesus.
