“The World’s First Couple” takes the audience back to Eden and then forward into the “after” moment, when Adam and Eve realize love isn’t just a perfect feeling, it’s a faithful choice. With gentle humor, simple sound effects, and clear Scripture-based teaching, the skit shows how the first couple learns (1) to take responsibility, (2) to communicate instead of blaming, (3) to work as a team, and (4) to return to God when they fail. The Valentine message lands plainly: biblical love is proven by obedience, humility, forgiveness, and commitment—not just romance. (Genesis 2–3; 1 Corinthians 13; Colossians 3:13–14; John 13:34–35)

Cast (5–7)

1. Narrator (can be 1 or split into Narrator A/B)

Set / Props (simple)

• Green fabric / plants / paper trees (simple Eden feel)

• Basket of fake fruit, one “special tree” marker (sign: “Do Not Eat”)

• 2–3 large fig leaves (paper / cloth) + simple “covering cloth” from Angel

• Work props for “after Eden”: small rake, basket, fake weeds, “rock” (foam), water jug

• Optional: sign cards for transitions (“Scene 2,” “Scene 3,” etc.)

Sound effects (light, optional)

• Birds chirping, soft breeze

• “Dun-dun” sting when temptation arrives (very mild—keep kid-friendly)

• Comedic “boing” or “oops” for small funny moments

• Soft chime for scene changes
