Summary:
Anna, a young girl in her twenties, waits for results from a medical test. She’s also waiting on God—for healing, direction, and a relationship. She complains to Dr. Chase that she’s “waited long enough” for a miracle.
Dr. Chase gently reminds her of biblical characters who also waited—Abraham, Sarah, and even Jesus before His ministry. He explains that waiting isn’t punishment; it’s preparation. Their dialogue weaves humor into hope (“If patience were a vitamin, I’d be overdosed by now”).
By the end of the skit, Anna’s perspective changes. She realizes that faith grows not in the spotlight but in the waiting room.
