Summary: The shepherds, freshly returned from witnessing the birth of Jesus, decide to start a podcast to share the good news. The skit features humorous and insightful “interviews” with the animals in the stable, the wise men, and even the angel Gabriel, as they each share their perspective on the first Christmas.
Characters:
-Shepherd 1 (Micah): The enthusiastic, over-the-top host of the podcast.
-Shepherd 2 (Eli): The calmer, more thoughtful co-host, often reeling Micah in.
-Angel Gabriel: Cool, confident, a bit sassy—knows they’re the star of the story.
-Wise Man #1 (Caspar): Intellectual and serious, deeply impressed by the birth.
-Wise Man #2 (Balthazar): A bit more casual and chatty, always hungry.
-Cow: Laid-back and slow to speak, gives dry commentary on the stable situation.
-Donkey: Energetic, but a bit of a complainer—shares his "hard-working" experience.
-Sound Effects Guy (offstage voice): Provides humorous sound effects and commentary throughout the podcast.
-Narrator: Sets up the scene and helps transition between segments.
