The North Pole HR Meeting

At the North Pole, the HR department holds an urgent “Elf Concerns & Compliance Meeting” just days before Christmas Eve. A stressed HR director tries to handle complaints ranging from glitter overexposure and unfair reindeer evaluations to conveyor-belt tinsel hazards and nonstop Christmas music. Every topic quickly derails into absurd workplace drama as elves argue over snacks, seat belts on the sleigh, and a proposed peppermint wellness program.

In the middle of the chaos, the team realizes they’ve completely forgotten to prepare the Christmas Eve supply crates. Panic explodes—until one elf gently reminds them why they do any of this in the first place: to serve together because God first gave the greatest gift in Jesus. The meeting ends with a lighthearted but meaningful reminder that teamwork, humility, and shared purpose matter more than perfect policies.
