Summary

In this warm and humorous 20-minute Christmas skit, a group of kids and teens rehearses for their big Christmas Eve choir performance. But there’s one small issue: the choir keeps forgetting their lines. They mix up lyrics, start singing the wrong carols, practice Easter songs by accident, argue about song keys, and panic when the director tries to rein them in.

Halfway through, a Narrator interrupts with a gentle reminder about the real reason they sing at all. The skit shifts from frantic comedy to meaningful reflection. By the end, the choir isn’t perfect—far from it—but their voices rise from sincere hearts, reflecting the true spirit of Christmas.

Cast of Characters

Director – Earnest, stressed, trying desperately to keep everyone focused.
