Great idea to set the nativity in a modern setting. However, the skit is not theologically correct. The Innkeeper lets Mary and Joseph go to the linen closet (where we keep towels) and the other characters talk about the manger. The Angel does not appear to Mary and Joseph. The Angel appears to the Shepherds. The Shepherds, the Angel and the Wise Men do not appear at the same time. The Shepherds just appear and never speak to Joseph or Mary, nor do they say or do anything in worship. The Wise Men just come and never give the gifts. If the Shepherds are dressed in trendy clothes, how does Joseph know they are shepherds. They never say anything about watching sheep. I have added quite a bit of dialogue to correct these issues and I traded Scene 3 and Scene 2.
