WHAT
A hilarious mock-trial comedy in which Santa Claus is placed on the witness stand and the court must decide whether Christmas has become too commercial. The courtroom hears testimony from Santa, the Wise Men, a frantic modern shopper, a middle schooler who “represents the Christmas Spirit,” and an over-serious bailiff who forces everyone to rise at the wrong times.
THEME
Christmas is about Jesus, generosity, and compassion—not stress, shopping, or endless gift lists.

– SANTA CLAUS (defendant)
– WISE MAN #1, WISE MAN #2
– SHOPPER SHARON (frantic modern parent)
