A planted kid in the audience gets dragged on stage because Jesus is hungry, and somebody just announced that this kid brought a lunchbox. Two fish sticks. Five Goldfish crackers. Five thousand staring faces. What follows is a slow, ridiculous, holy unraveling — the lunchbox keeps refilling, the disciples lose their minds, real Goldfish rain into the audience, and the kid keeps insisting the whole thing was his idea.
Theme — Jesus does not need much from you. He just needs you to hand it over.
What you get
- Full PDF script — front matter, scenes, stage directions, dialogue (10 min runtime)
- Cast: 6 (Narrator, The Kid, Jesus, 4 disciples)
- One audience plant required (front-row kid, briefed before showtime)
- Real Goldfish crackers thrown into the audience for the multiplication beat
Best for
K–5 VBS, day-one opening skit, single-rehearsal teams, small casts. Pairs perfectly with a lesson on John 6 and the feeding of the five thousand.
