Summary

Alex and Jamie love each other deeply… but they keep “missing” each other in the most ridiculous ways. Alex is convinced that love is mainly spoken, and Jamie is convinced love is mainly done. So when Alex asks for a heartfelt compliment, Jamie responds by vacuuming aggressively. When Jamie asks for quality time, Alex responds with a very poetic speech… while scrolling through a calendar.

A Narrator steps in like a helpful (and slightly amused) translator, explaining the five love languages: words of affirmation, acts of service, gifts, quality time, and physical touch. As the couple tries each language all at once, the chaos grows, the laughter builds, and the point becomes clear: different needs don’t mean no love, they mean different expressions of love. Real love listens before reacting.
