A church hiring committee, armed with a rubric and a strategic plan, interviews a quiet candidate named Jesus for an open ministry position. He keeps failing their metrics in the gentlest possible way. The humor lives in the gap between the language of institutional church and the person it claims to center.
Theme — Sometimes the One we say we are looking for would not pass our own interview.
