Summary:Santa Claus decides it’s time to go through a modern job interview process, perhaps to expand his role beyond the North Pole, or maybe the elves demanded a restructuring of leadership. Either way, Santa faces some odd and amusing questions from a clueless interviewer, who doesn’t seem to realize who they’re talking to. Santa has to prove he’s the right man for the job, despite the strange interview requirements. It’s a lighthearted, humorous skit with a subtle message about embracing the spirit of Christmas.
Characters:
-Santa Claus – Jolly, patient, but a little out of his element in a corporate interview setting.
-Interviewer (Ms. Frost) – A very serious, by-the-book interviewer, who has no idea that she’s talking to the Santa Claus.
-Assistant Elf – Santa’s nervous assistant, trying to help but making things even more complicated.
-Rudolph (cameo) – A quick appearance at the end, perhaps adding a comedic twist.
