Length: 6 Minutes | Cast: 4–6 Actors | Genre: Comedy with Heart
 Theme: Joy Over Decorations
Summary
In this light, humorous Christmas skit, Santa Claus enters a decorated room to prepare for the holiday season—but the Christmas tree refuses to cooperate. It falls over, throws ornaments, spins wildly, or traps Santa in lights every time he tries to fix it. Elves rush in to help, only to fuel the chaos further. After a series of comical mishaps, the tree finally speaks (through a hidden performer) and explains that it is tired of being decorated for the wrong reasons. Santa realizes he has been chasing decorative perfection instead of the joy and meaning of Christmas. Together, Santa, the elves, and the tree decorate calmly, with purpose, reminding the audience that the heart of Christmas shines brighter than any ornament.
