WHAT
A hilarious, fast-paced Christmas skit where middle school students attempt to “update” Santa Claus for the modern world—new outfit, new sleigh design, new fitness routine, and even a new theme song. Santa resists every change until the students rediscover what truly matters about Christmas: kindness, generosity, and the birth of Jesus.

HOW
The students gather Santa for a “complete holiday makeover.” Scenes move quickly with comedic timing. Santa refuses, protests, negotiates, and finally softens when the students explain the real meaning of Christmas.
PROPS
Makeover table, posters, clipboard, drawing pads, fake sleigh sketch, measuring tape, candy canes (as “weights”), scarf for new outfit, simple musical props (kazoo, bells, etc.)
