Roman Guards on Night Duty is a 5-minute comedy-into-drama skit set late on Good Friday night. Two guards grumble about the assignment, joke to stay awake, and trade rumors about Jesus—until the atmosphere shifts. The ground shakes, the stone rolls away, and the humor collapses into awe. The skit ends with a stunned confession: they were guarding death… and now it’s gone.
