A drama team rehearses what they think is a polished, picture-perfect marriage skit. The actors playing the married couple keep stopping the rehearsal — “This isn’t our marriage.” “We don’t talk like that.” The director pushes for the script. By scene twelve, the rehearsal becomes its own confession. The polished script is set down. The skit they actually perform is the one God has been writing all along.
Theme — We plan a perfect marriage; God writes a true one.
