A 10-Minute Christmas Puppet Skit on Humility & Kindness
“Others First: A Christmas Puppet Lesson” is a sweet, funny Christmas puppet skit that helps kids understand what it really means to put others before themselves—just like Jesus did.
In this 10-minute script, three puppets start out arguing over everything: who gets the best seat, the biggest candy cane, and the first chance to wave at the audience. Their selfish competition grows sillier and louder until a gentle puppet steps in to remind them what Jesus taught about loving others. Together, they reenact the nativity using simple props and exaggerated acting, discovering that Jesus gave up heaven’s glory and came as a baby for us. By the end, the puppets choose to share, take turns, and put each other first—modeling the kind of heart change we pray to see in kids, too.
