This 10-minute Christian skit is a fun parody of an intense “sales meeting.” Two team leaders, Max and Carla, turn a simple Christmas stocking fundraiser into a dramatic competition. They deliver motivational speeches, argue over strategies, and obsess over sales numbers.
Meanwhile, their teammates—Toby, Lila, Ben, and a few extra sellers—get caught in the pressure and confusion. The competition grows until Joy, a calm and wise character, enters and reminds everyone that Christmas is not about outdoing others but about giving, caring, and remembering Jesus.
By the end, the teams pivot from competition to kindness. Instead of trying to beat each other, they decide to give stockings to neighbors who are lonely, grieving, or in need. The skit closes with Scripture and a message that true success comes from love, not sales.
Theme
Christian giving, unity, humility, and serving others with compassion rather than competition.
