Patients arrive at a spiritual ER with outrageous diagnoses — Chronic Monday-Only Christianity, Terminal Self-Sufficiency, Acute Pride Disorder. Dr. Nora and Dr. Chase work each case with straight-faced professionalism. The twist: the prescription is always the same — and it has nothing to do with trying harder.
Theme — By His wounds we are healed — not by our willpower.
What you get
- Full PDF script — comedy with real spiritual weight (10 min)
- Cast: 4–6 actors (2 doctors + 3 patients + optional receptionist)
- Lab coats, clipboards, one Rx pad — minimal-prop staging
- Built-in Isaiah 53:5 verse anchor and discussion questions
Best for
Youth retreats, summer camps, grace-themed sermon series. The medical setting gives teens permission to name real life issues through comedy without minimizing the need for spiritual healing.
