A retelling of David and Goliath where the giant is no longer a Philistine warrior — he is the modern day a father actually lives. Goliath is the inbox at 5 p.m. Goliath is the PTA email chain. The skit follows David Martin through a single weekday from predawn to bedtime, with kids narrating, a chorus of imaginary critics, and a calm prophet figure reminding him that the battle was never his to fight alone.
Theme — Fathers do not need to be fearless — they only need to remember whose name they fight in.
