Description

Summary

A confident teen takes the stage on Youth Sunday and tries to “sell” Christianity like a product launch: catchy slogans, ads, testimonials, and even a segment called “Bad Ad Destroyer” that deletes anything uncomfortable. He promises quick peace, easy outcomes, and faith with no awkward parts, no repentance, no sacrifice, no commitment. The presentation is hilarious… until other youth begin asking the questions real life forces on everyone: What about sin? What about obedience? What about serving when no one is watching? What about surrender when it costs you something?

As the skit escalates, the teen marketer keeps rebranding the gospel into something safer and more appealing, while the youth challenge him with Scripture and lived experience. The youth leader eventually steps in to explain that the good news doesn’t need hype. It needs truth. Jesus isn’t a brand to promote, He’s a King to follow. The skit ends with the group choosing to stop advertising a comfortable Christianity and instead live a faithful one.
