At a Catholic retreat, a hilarious teen “entrepreneur” sets up a booth and tries to sell faith like it’s an app: tiered subscriptions, upgrades, bundles, “limited-time” offers, and a holiness warranty. He pitches “Basic Believer,” “Premium Prayer,” and even a “Sacrament Combo Pack,” trying to convince other teens that God’s love is something you earn with points, streaks, and performance. The crowd is amused, until the whole pitch starts to sound exhausting and impossible.
As the salesman doubles down, a retreat leader gently (and humorously) dismantles the idea that eternal life is a product. Another teen explains that Jesus already paid the price, and grace is a gift, received, not purchased. The skit lands the retreat’s core message: we respond with faith and love, but we don’t buy God’s love. In the end, the salesman learns the best “deal” is the one that’s already free, because Christ already gave everything.
