In this fun, family-friendly Christmas play, three angels host a talent competition to find the perfect act to announce the birth of Jesus. But the auditions don’t exactly go as planned. The carolers can’t sing in tune, the dramatic narrator treats the nativity like an action movie, and the dancing angels can’t remember their steps. Even the wise men show up with modern gifts like a tablet and a teddy bear!
Just when chaos reigns, a group of humble shepherds arrive with a simple message of peace and faith. Their sincerity reminds everyone that Christmas isn’t about perfect performances—it’s about a perfect Savior.
Filled with laugh-out-loud moments, heartwarming dialogue, and a touching manger finale, Bethlehem’s Got Talent is the perfect addition to your church Christmas program, school concert, or family holiday event.

Gabby – The lead angel and main judge. Confident, funny, slightly bossy, but with a big heart.
Mike – Second angel judge. Goofy, supportive, and easily amused by the chaos.
Harp – The nervous third angel who just wants everything to go right.
Dramatic Narrator – Treats the Nativity like a blockbuster movie trailer; overly dramatic and hilarious.
Carolers (3–5) – Well-meaning but tone-deaf singers in mismatched Christmas outfits.
Dancing Angels (2–4) – Energetic but constantly out of sync. Bring plenty of physical comedy.
Wise Men (3) – Modern magi who bring silly “gifts” like a tablet, video game console, or teddy bear.
Shepherd 1 (Shep) – Friendly leader of the shepherds; genuine and kindhearted.
Shepherd 2 (Bo) – Clumsy and funny but full of enthusiasm.
Shepherd 3 (Lil) – The quiet one whose heartfelt words bring the message home.
Sheep (optional) – Non-speaking roles for younger children; add adorable chaos.
Stage Manager (optional) – Pops in for comic relief and backstage commentary.
