WHAT
A hilarious and heartwarming middle school Christmas skit about a toy-drive project that spirals into chaos after students accidentally mix up all the donations with lost-and-found items from 1st and 2nd grade. The group must work together to untangle the confusion, fix the disaster, and rediscover what generosity really means.
THEME
Giving matters more than perfection — real generosity comes from the heart.

JAYDEN – The organized, overly serious “Toy Drive Coordinator”
-

-
DEVIN – The comedian of the group, always makes things worse (and funnier)
-
TARA – Responsible but overwhelmed; tries to keep peace
-
BENNY – Loves wrapping presents but is VERY bad at it
-
PIPPA – A younger student helper from 1st or 2nd grade (optional)
-
MR. CARTER – Teacher or youth leader
-
NARRATOR – Optional reading role for cues or transitions
