WHAT
A hilarious and heartwarming middle school Christmas skit about a toy-drive project that spirals into chaos after students accidentally mix up all the donations with lost-and-found items from 1st and 2nd grade. The group must work together to untangle the confusion, fix the disaster, and rediscover what generosity really means.

HOW

Toy boxes, donation bins, wrapping paper, tape, scissors, stuffed animals, random lost-and-found items (shoe, sock, notebook, broken pencil case), a clipboard, a “Toy Drive Today!” sign.
