Guided by a narrator and a group of “Star Helpers,” the children journey through soft “mountains,” grassy “fields,” and a lively animal-filled stable as they work together to find the missing map—and eventually, baby Jesus. With simple dialogue, lots of movement, and preschool-friendly humor, this skit keeps young performers confident and engaged from beginning to end.

In Part 1, the preschoolers explore each setting with toy binoculars, search props, and lots of interactive call-outs. Along the way, sheep giggle, animals point in silly directions, and the Wise Men mix up their clues. When the star finally leads them to the manger, the Wise Men present their gifts in awe and joy.

Part 2 continues the fun with a brand-new mini-mystery. After meeting baby Jesus, the Wise Men discover they’ve lost something else—an important “gift bag” filled with extra presents. The children follow the star once more, searching the fields and stable until the missing bag is found. The Wise Men return to Jesus with simple, meaningful gifts, reminding everyone that the greatest gift is Christ Himself.

Together, both parts form a heartwarming, funny, and meaningful preschool Christmas performance that celebrates teamwork, curiosity, and the joy of seeking Jesus.
